Freshly roasted. Great value, especially when ordering enough to get free shipping. Makes excellent coffee out of my Juro once the grinding size was dialed in. I wish it were organic or at least Fair Trade.

I am new to the world of espresso. What I love about San Marco is that it is very FRESHLY ROASTED! I've always taken my Columbian Drip Coffee with milk. I do not find the need to make a latte with this espresso. It is nicely balanced just like it is.

Overall this is a very good coffee. For some reason it doesn't agree with my palate. I normally drink Lavazza but decided to change to a locally roasted bean. Everyone that I have shared it with loves it. It has great aroma and produces a wonderful crema. Generally smooth but the finish does not work for me. I would still definitely recommend to friends.

Having experienced many different brands/varieties of espresso, I find this one to be as good as I've found. Even smoother than a lot of Italian brands.

The taste is great in everyway. However the coffee wasn't ground well. I clearly see uneven sizes in the grains. I would be thrilled to try it again if it had an even and fine grind.

Ground the beans in a Rancilio Rocky, extracted in a Silvia with PID. Great tasting latte the first time out.
