Gourmet coffee beans and signature blends, roasted to order
Our gourmet coffee collection includes single-origin coffees and signature blends selected for their individual flavor, aroma, body, and roast character. Coffee is roasted after you order rather than pulled from finished inventory, then packed immediately for shipment. Choose whole bean coffee for grinding fresh at home or ground coffee prepared for your preferred brewing method.
Choose light, medium, or dark roast coffee
Many San Marco Coffee signature blends let you choose the roast. Select light roast for a milder, sweeter cup, medium roast for a richer and more balanced profile, or dark roast for the boldest flavor and deepest roast character. Because we roast to order, the same blend can be prepared at the roast level you prefer. Look for the Select Your ROAST icon on participating coffees. Fresh roasted whole bean and ground coffee
Gourmet coffees are available in 1 lb bags and 5 lb bags, whole bean or ground, with decaf available on selected coffees. Selected varieties are also offered as single-serve cups. Every bag is packed immediately after roasting, heat sealed, and fitted with a one-way degassing valve. Orders typically ship within one business day, and 5 lb bags are priced at wholesale for everyone. Quantity discounts apply on 1 lb bags as your order grows. Buying for a business? Can I choose light, medium, or dark roast coffee?
On our signature blends, yes. Look for the Select Your ROAST icon on the product page, choose light, medium, or dark, and we roast your order at that level. Coffees without the icon come in the roast listed on the product page.
What is the difference between light, medium, and dark roast?
Light roasts are milder and sweeter, with light cinnamon-colored beans and no surface oil. Medium roasts taste richer, with dark brown, slightly oily beans. Dark roasts are the boldest, with very dark, very oily beans. The same coffee changes character at each roast level.
Do you have decaf gourmet coffee?
Yes, on selected coffees. If a gourmet coffee is available in decaf, you will see the option on its product page.
What sizes do gourmet coffees come in?
Gourmet coffee is available in 1 lb and 5 lb bags, whole bean or ground to your preference. Selected gourmet coffees are also available as single-serve cups for Keurig® brewers.
