I make a cup at an time in a french press. I'm close to jumping on the just roast it more band wagon and saving the extra money. But this Med Roast sure makes the case for spending more on beans and only roasting just enough. My last 3 pounds including one from the big coffee shop chain and the other two a supermarket chains' best sucked.

I prefer my coffee with brown sugar and lactose-free milk. A hint of vanilla or cinnamon makes the perfect combination ! Try it!

Brazil Santos is rich and aromatic with a nutty flavor. The medium roast is a bit more mild than the dark roast...both are delicious. Its smoothness and low acidity make it a pleasure to drink every day.
