Returns & Refunds

Not loving your coffee? Let's make it right.

You have 15 days from when your order arrives to start a return. Our team will guide you through the process — we want you to be happy with what you brewed.

One important step: always request an RMA# from us before shipping anything back. Packages without an RMA# can't be accepted at our warehouse.

How returns work

    Request an RMA#

    Visit our RMA page and follow the prompts. We'll send you an authorization number and shipping instructions.

  2. 2

    Pack & ship it back

    Tuck a copy of your receipt in the box with your order number and date marked clearly. We recommend insured shipping — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

  3. 3

    Get your refund

    Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow about 10 business days for processing. We'll email you when the refund goes through.

Restocking fee

Applies to all returns, opened or unopened. We can't resell returned coffee, so this fee covers a small share of the loss.

You cover return shipping

Return shipping isn't refunded. If your order originally shipped free, the cost we paid to ship it out will also be deducted.

Did your package arrive damaged?

Damage during shipping happens occasionally — please don't worry. Don't ship the package back. Instead, do this right away:

  1. Inspect the package within 3 days of arrival
  2. Take photos of the damage before unpacking further
  3. Keep the original shipping box — the carrier may need it for the claim
  4. Contact us so we can help you sort it out

A few other things to know

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order before it enters Production, Packaging, Shipped, or Ready for Pickup status. Once an order has moved into any of those, it's already underway and we can't pull it back.

PayPal note: PayPal no longer returns transaction fees on refunds. If you cancel a PayPal order, the fee they keep will come off your refund.

Refused or undeliverable packages

If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or refused delivery, the same 35% restocking fee and shipping costs apply. For refused international shipments, you're also responsible for any import fees.
