I love the taste and aroma of this French Roast coffee.

I've drank more dark roast coffees than I can count and this one, when I opened the bag, looked to be the lightest in colour of any of them. But for the most part it certainly tastes like a dark roast. Strong dark chocolate flavors with a touch of nuttiness at the end. Definitely not mild in flavour, but lacking the super robust, oily, almost thick taste of darker dark roasts. Basically, a more mild version of a dark roast, but certainly not in a bad way.
