The roast is perfect. I immediately store it it a vacuum cannister so that it stays as fresh as it was when it arrives. I only use a bur grinder and find it has a wonderful flavor at medium grind in my press, drip and k-cup. I also add some ground chickory when I want Cafe Au Lait!

Only coffee my wife will drink. Easy to order, prompt delivery, we like the pound packages. Tastes great.

I use a auto grind & perk maybe that is what makes it a weak. No matter what it is the best that I have found.
