Good but not enough taste

Used in a drip coffee maker, 2 Tbsp per 6 ounces of water. Taste was good, but not flavor enough.

Brings warm memories

The aroma that I get from this is maple, which reminds me of Sunday breakfasts when the whole family would sit around the table and enjoy my mom's home made pancakes/waffles. I do wish this was a darker roast. My most favorite is a sumatra roast, which is really dark. However, I enjoyed it so much that I gave some to my friends as part of their Christmas present.
