Medium roast provides full, rich flavor with very little bitterness. Enjoy it throughout the day.

I work outside and drink coffee all during the day. I like a strong cup or 2 in the morning to get me going. This blend is perfect for the rest of the day.

So of course coffee flavor is relative, everyone thinks their coffee is the best. I personally use a large stove top espresso pot to make coffee similar to what I have found in Italy during my travels. Not quite an ""americano"" more like a large pot of espresso. At the same time I like the lighter blends more than the dark blends, partly because you get more caffeine, partly because you get more flavor. I've gone through and tried many of the different coffees here at San Marco and I have to admit that the light roast of this coffee is by far my favorite. It really has a good flavor for a blonde coffee, using the method I use to brew.
