This roast provides a great shot of espresso with lots of crema.I pull my shots from a Expobar Espresso Machine. The shots are very full of flavor not bitter. You can produce a great espresso drink. I can not count the amount of times I have heard that it's the best coffee drink I ever had. I give the credit to the bean every time. I high recommend this coffee
