Exceptionally light, bouncy taste! Great mashmallow aftertaste too!

I used this in my automatic drip. Out of the bag, it reminded me of a vanilla, which is not a bad thing, but I was expecting a more toasted aroma. Flavor wise, I felt it was lacking. It is more a vanilla nut in my view. I brew a little on the heavy side and it still did not pack the punch I was looking for. I realize a ""toasted marshmallow"" is going to be a softer flavor and is hard to duplicate. This was a good try, but did not quite hit the mark for me. I would definately order the resealable bags next time also.

The wonderful smell of sweet marshmallow hits the air in the morning when I make my first cup. Since I love flavors I like to pair this with death by chocolate flavor from San Marco. I have many of the coffee flavors they have to offer and love to mix a tsp of marshmallow with french vanilla or the caramel, chocolate, or a few other flavors. Making a whole new flavor combo. I'm now on my 2nd batch of the marshmallow as it's my main goto in the morning!

The aroma is clearly toasted marshmallow. Smells great. The toasted flavor of the marshmallow comes through strongly, although the marshmallow sweetness could be much stronger. Still a good toasted flavor.
