I could only taste the coconut. Seemed like a really light flavor and roast to me.

The coffee has a good taste of coconut, rum, but could use a little more pineapple taste. Overall the flavor is very light and tropical taste. Not a very strong smell of any of the flavors, just smells like coffee, but the taste is surprisingly good.

At first glance this sounds like an odd flavor for coffee, but it works. I order this flavor every time and have recommended it to many.

This coffee is excellent for making cappuccino or latte. As good as any coffee shop. Make in a stove-top espresso pot. A six cup espresso pot makes a decent size serving. Use a 12 cup espresso pot for two servings. For the six cup use two level cone shaped scoops. For a 12 cup use four level cone shaped scoops. Do not use too much as the coffee will be bitter. Microwave one quarter cup of milk in a Pyrex measuring cup per serving for cappuccino. Use a whipper or frother to get the foam. Carefully spoon foam onto the poured coffee.
