It is great to find a company that sells coffee by the pound and roasts to order. I ordered this coffed roasted dark and am very satisfied with it as I like rich coffee flavor without bitterness or excessive caffeine.

Use this coffee as the morning porch sip. Also used in a coffee cake recipe. Was great!!!

Very low acid. One of the best flavors I have ever had. I like it best with my French press but is great in an auto drip as well. I have purchased this multiple times and never disappointed. Everyone I have gifted with it has loved it too.

I am trying different coffees sold here. The Brazil Santos bean and the Colombian Popayan beans are my favorites so far.

I make a cup at an time in a french press. I'm close to jumping on the just roast it more band wagon and saving the extra money. But this Med Roast sure makes the case for spending more on beans and only roasting just enough. My last 3 pounds including one from the big coffee shop chain and the other two a supermarket chains' best sucked.
