Good Not bitter smooth taste. Bad too silky,to mello, too silky.

Good coffee for anytime drinking. Just strong enough for most in the morning. Light enough for after supper. If you just use 1 coffe this might be the one.

I only use the French Press brewing method, and I enjoy these large beans either medium or dark roast.

Very good coffee. I've ran it though my drip machine, french pressed it, and even pulled espresso shots from it- all have been delicious.

What's great about the coffee is both the excellent quality [...]. Who could ask for anything more? Me. I order 5-pound bags and wish they had built-in pouring spouts. But that has nothing to do with the very good coffee San Marco delivers.
