I have a Capresso grinder/brewer coffeemaker. Your beans are full-city roast (medium) and have a delicious aroma, both from the package and while being prepared. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor, which is my fault, because it was advertised as low acidity; however, I was raised on Turkish coffee and need the acidity without the accompanying bitterness to give me the full-bodied taste I was hoping for. I just couldn't TASTE the coffee, even when I doubled the strength of the grind. When I blended some store-brand coffee with it, it improved somewhat. As a first-time buyer, I will definitely buy more in the future, but with a higher acidity--maybe with a dark roast. As with all beginners, it will just take some trial-and-error to find the right robustness of the coffee to suit my particular preferences.

We consider ourselves quite the ""coffee people"". Both of us look forward to our coffee and the associated aroma in the morning. This is just simply the best tasting coffee I have found. I go to all the ""specialty stores"" for better coffee but none come close to this blend!

We start the day with Marco's Seven-Bean Blend & sometimes and after dinner cup. We are very happy with the choice we made...thank you San Marco.

This coffee is terrific everyday. I make it in a Cuisinart Automatic Grind/Brew and the it turns out perfect every time. Rich, mellow and no bitterness. By far the best coffee for the price I've found anywhere!

I just ordered a 5lb bag of this coffee and the smell was permeating out of the box. I couldn't wait to open it. I brew coffee daily in the morning, but for this one I couldn't wait. I brewed it at night. It had a very pleasant taste, nice aroma, and low acidity (not bitter). All-in-all, it is a very well balanced everyday coffee.
