I use the beans in my JuraCapressa espresso machine to make espresso Americano. The beans feed well into the hopper/grinder whereas I had difficulty with the Royal Kona - had to shove them into the grinder (too oily?). This is a very tasty coffee with a nutty flavor and priced well.

Excellent individual cup of coffee. Consistent taste and aroma. Comparable to the fresh ground beans of the same variety.

I just ordered a 5lb bag of this coffee and the smell was permeating out of the box. I couldn't wait to open it. I brew coffee daily in the morning, but for this one I couldn't wait. I brewed it at night. It had a very pleasant taste, nice aroma, and low acidity (not bitter). All-in-all, it is a very well balanced everyday coffee.

Usualy I love this coffee. I always re-order. This time the coffee was not very flavorable nor did it have that ahhhh it smells so good smell.Also I noticed the beans were not oily as usual, they were dry, I belive that has something to do with it.

This is the 3rd variety I've ordered from San Marco. The first two were good but this coffee has the kind of flavor a person wakes up and anticipates drinking each morning. I use it in my Bunn drip maker. It has a smooth feel with that good ""coffee"" flavor I expect. I like the ""low acid"" blend and feel like I've finally found the right coffee to order again and again. I ordered the ""medium"" roast and it's just right for my taste. It's a tad bit more expensive than some of the others but worth the extra as it has the flavor I never get tired of.
