very happy with the flavor and freshness. Three friends who tried it were also very expressive in how good it tasted and how fresh the beans were. I shared my bag with them so they could also try it. Firm was awesome of keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Definitely planning on ordering this flavor again and trying others.

It tastes a bit like amaretto to me. I was expecting something else. But it's good; full flavored.

A great flavor, perfectly consistent after every order. This is my other favorite San Marco coffee flavor, the other being Totally Nuts. Using 5 heaping scoops (standard 2 tsp sized scoop) of whole beans prior to grinding makes a 10 cup pot of coffee at a perfect strength.

This flavor surprised me with its nutty pistachio aftertaste. It actually made me smile after my first sip. I highly recommend this for my fellow black coffee drinkers. You won't go wrong with keeping this coffee on hand.

When we first ordered this coffee about 4 years ago, it was so intense with pistachio flavor we cut it with equal amounts of straight coffee. Now it seems you have got the correct intensity and blend. We love it and give it to friends for Christmas gifts

I used it originally in a French press, but San Marco's coffees are generally light, so a pour-over works best. This was by far my favorite coffee from this purchase. This one actually held its scent and the flavor was just as delightful. The only thing it was missing was a bolder 'oomph' that comes from a bolder, stronger bean. Be careful if you touch any of the flavored beans, as it'll leave that slightly greasy, chemical residue and scent behind. Wasn't a con with this roast, however as a pistachio gelato aroma is always a welcomed linger.

We order a variety of flavored coffees from San Marcos and have never been disappointed. But without a doubt, the pistachio is our favorite. Just the aroma alone perks up our mornings.

I have been drinking this flavor for years. It is by far my favorite, although I love other San Marco flavors. It is wonderful and very smooth. I would definitely recommend it. I only drink San Marco coffee. It is superb.
