This is by far one of the best, if not the best espresso roast I have ever tried. I have been hooked on this espresso for 5 years, and will not break away. I have tried others, and they leave a bitter taste and some bite as you drink them. This espresso is smooth with a light froth and a wonderfully relaxing inviting aroma and flavor. Don't miss out on this experience.

Coffee in the bean form is the only way to go.Just be sure to get a quality grinder.And most of all practice makes perfect, A consistant quality coffee bean is very important and SAN Marco does it right.(sounds like a commercial)

We first got the espresso machine from San Marco, San Giorgio at that time, then we learned about their coffee. Since then, around 10 years ago, we did not buy any other brand. It is exactly what we expected for a really good espresso. Our family and friends share this opinion, so...good work and congratulation for your products!

I compared this coffee with several other roasters like illy and Allegro and this is trully a well balanced roast. Rich aroma, flavor, and a sweet after taste. I make my coffee in a DeLonghi Gran Dama we have at the office and it makes the perfect espresso I've been looking for. Thank you

I make a double shot of espresso in a Rancillio Silvia machine and add steamed cream for my morning coffee. I grind the beans in a Rancillio Rocky grinder set to ""5"". After trying several beans I like San Marco best, it's delicious, has a subtle flavor, no bitterness, etc., [...] stays fresh and is priced reasonably (I buy it in two pound bags).
