I switched to this coffee when my previous roaster went out of business after 100 years. I was nervous about the change, but this coffee is great. It's a little more pecan-flavored than the other, but not so much that I find it hard to swallow. :-)

Ground some Bavarian Chocolate in with this delicious nutty flavored coffee and had me a cup of good ole southern chocolate pecan pie coffee. yummy!!!

For some reason, it has gotten hard to find Southern Pecan coffee in coffeeshops, so I went looking online for some. Very happy with San Marco's version. No bitterness, and no fake sweetness or oily feel. The nuttiness is mild, but sufficient. SM's Southern Pecan blends very well, 50/50, with a dark roast for a mellow but still invigorating morning cup of joe.

I was very pleased to experience Southern Pecan in my coffee cup this morning! Great roast; definitely good for someone who wants flavor without it being overpowering. I would drink this when I'm in the mood for a good coffee with just enough flavor to leave you coming back for more. Drinking this makes me roll my eyes in the back of my head!

My husband and I don't care for a lot of non-coffee flavor in our cups, but we use one to two tablespoons of Southern Pecan flavored coffee beans to each 5 or 6 tablespoons of regular coffee we brew. (We usually mix our own blend of beans --1/2 regular darker roast and 1/2 decaffeinated medium roast beans.)
