Brewing dark chocolate beans only had a weak-roast flavor. I mix with regular ground coffee to give it body. It really tastes good this way to have the dark chocolate flavor and a rich taste.

after barneys stopped making dark chocolate, which i had been buying for several years,i tried several other ""dark chocolate"" blends,and the san marco was the best.

I mix equal amounts of the Dark Chocolate with two kinds of Starbucks, Sumatra and Guatamala. It makes a PERFECT blend!!
