The only downside of this product is that it is not labeled. All single serve cups are labeled and look the same - without flavor description. If you like more than one flavor you can't positively identify it due to the above.

The only downside of this product is that it's not labeled properly. If you like and order more than one flavor you can't tell the difference due to the above problem as they are all labeled the same (I guess you could label them yourself - but isn't that the manufacturer's job!). This product is great as it's the same as we have ordered in the past (whole bean decaf).
