Best I've Found!

Used this for over a year now for espresso plus pour-overs and will continue using it as it's 'the best I've found'. For espresso, I grind with a Vario Baratza and produce shots with a Breville BES900XL/B Dual Boiler Espresso machine at 9 bar. For the pour-over, I use a combination of 1:2 ratio San Marco to Starbucks French Roast. Both, absolutely outstanding!!

Two double shots in the morning is my standard. The syrup from this espresso is as good as any you can find; full, smooth, with a thick crema. I have been buying this coffee for a few years and it is consistently well crafted. It has an even, round flavor with a decent aftertaste.

This flavor was what I expected. Worked quite well either as a stand alone or mixed with my Madam Pelee's Premium Roast beans. Worked great with all settings of my grinder.

Nutty for Coconut

I am a coconut lover and this coffee delivers the flavor, hands down. I purchased the single serving decaf and am now able to enjoy without the caffeine. I initially purchased a small quantity, but have since re-ordered at the larger quantity. Thank you San Marco!
