I make a double shot of espresso in a Rancillio Silvia machine and add steamed cream for my morning coffee. I grind the beans in a Rancillio Rocky grinder set to ""5"". After trying several beans I like San Marco best, it's delicious, has a subtle flavor, no bitterness, etc., [...] stays fresh and is priced reasonably (I buy it in two pound bags).

THE ONE THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS I WAS EXPECTING MARSHMALLOW TASTE, AND INSTEAD GOT ROASTED MARSHMALLOW TASTE......IT ISN'T UNPLEASANT......JUST A SURPRISE.

Very Good Mellow Coffee

We were pleased from the first cup this has a very mellow and balanced coffee. We use this with a grind and brew machine and is great. We really have not found anything wrong with it.
