My Dad makes his special blend of: Amaretto, Vanilla, medium roast and your best ever Tasting French Silk. Very smooth, no aftertaste, no acid.

Great coffee

Got this coffee in the 5 lb bag to share with co-workers and it has been a big hit with everyone. It is just dark enough to have good, rich flavor, without being too strong or bitter.

Good bold morning coffee for me

This French roast is 8/10 good. Not so sure about the key-terms. For me this coffee is bold, strong, good flavor but this is not my boldest, strongest nor greatest flavor. PS. I use 4 portions of coffee beans (smooth grind) for 2 shorts.

My husband and I love coffee and chocolate so this is the perfect treat! We have made it in our drip coffee maker and also in our espresso machine. Both were delicious!

Tried this blend in decaf ground for the office...very good. Also purchased whole bean regular, but haven't brewed it yet. Like the flavor and aroma.
