Very strong flavor!

I love Amaretto and I love raspberries. These two flavors don't mesh. I think the amaretto flavor was too strong to the point it tasted medicinal. I tried less grounds and more water but it was a very strong flavor.

Peanuty Rock Road

The peanut flavors dominate the chocolate and marshmallow. Good thing I like peanut butter. This roast has grown on me since first cup. At first I though it didn't have much flavor. But it does. Just wish more chocolate came through. But still a good roast.
